Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3 to 4 tablespoons milk
- 60 candy eyeballs

Method:
- Start by melting the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it takes on a golden-brown hue. Then remove from heat.

- In another bowl, combine the browned melted butter and sugars until it resembles the texture of wet sand. Then stir in the egg, vanilla, and pumpkin.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until the dough reaches a sticky consistency.
- Cover the bowl and allow the dough to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
