Lime & Watermelon All Natural Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced watermelon, seeds removed
  • Juice of 2 fresh limes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or preferred sweetener (optional)

Method:

  1. In a blender, combine the diced watermelon and lime juice. Blend until smooth and well combined. If desired, add honey or your preferred sweetener to enhance the sweetness, although the natural flavours of the fruits are usually enough.
  2. Once the mixture is blended to your desired consistency, carefully pour it into the Cuisipro Retro Pop Molds. Fill each mold to the top, leaving a small gap for expansion.
