In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with zip/postal code to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. We will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please contact our support team if you need to cancel your order for any reason. If you have already submitted your order, it may be too late to cancel. However, once you receive it, you can return the order, and you will be responsible for any delivery costs related to that order.
DAMAGED, LOST OR SHORT SHIPMENTS
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to our support team immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or file a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods exactly as they were delivered before filing a claim.
