We process all in stock orders during regular business hours (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. We will make our best efforts to ship your order in a timely manner however delays do occasionally occur beyond the control of Cuisipro.
You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:
To ship your package, we require a complete street address with a zip/postal code to ensure prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address. We will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please contact our support team if you need to cancel your order for any reason. If you have already submitted your order, it may be too late to cancel. However, once you receive it, you can return the order, and you will be responsible for any delivery costs related to that order.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR SHORT SHIPMENTS
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Damaged, lost, or short shipments should be reported to our support team immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or file a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods exactly as they were delivered before filing a claim.
